1. Go to the Gym.

-BOSU
-Weights
2. Run in town
3. Biggest Loser Wii Game
4. Just Dance Wii Game
5. Wii Fit Yoga or other.
On
The Road
1. If the hotel has a gym, utilize it.
2. Volunteer to walk rather than take the
golf cart
3. Do a "quiet" workout in the
hotel room
4. Yoga before bed
5. Walk around during down time. (except
during exceptionally hot weather)
At
Home (Food)
1. Watch portions
2. Eat veggies
3. Eat Lean Meats
4. Eat 3 meals
5. Limit Snacking
On
the Road (Food)
1. Choose Salad
2. If at Applebee's, choose off healthy
menu.
3. If at BWW, choose naked tenders.
4. Drink water between every bite
5. Have snacks available, such as carrots
sticks or apples.
