My dream of being an athlete has never been stronger, I just have to push myself to get there. What to I mean by athlete? Well, I mean I want to be someone with is fit and competitive, someone who participates in sports, also someone who is healthy.
I made a list of what "Athlete Valerie" will be able to conquer.
Here is the list:
- Can run a half marathon nonstop
- Eats right, focus on fruit, veggies, and lean meats.
- Can climb a rock wall.
- Is able to run a Tough Mudder
- Runs Daily
- Finds workouts
- Makes time to workout
- Works out on race weekends.
- Invents ways to be active.
- Avoids/Doesn't eat fried or gas station foods.
Here is a list of what I will be in the health aspect.
- Has a healthy weight.
- Maintains a healthy Blood Pressure.
- Doesn't have belly fat
- Has a healthy/close to healthy BMI.
- Has a low body fat percentage.
