Power? Like superpower?

Ok. So I've been doing JustDance more lately. It's my favorite workout. I like it because I work up a sweat, and if I'm doing good I get "perfect" "good" or "ok." It's encouraging. And on JustDance 4, I do JustSweat: Cheerleader's Bootcamp. It's amazing! You pick how long you want to do it for and go at it! It's great because it pushes you. When I finish a workout, I feel powerful! What's your source of power? Is it a tough workout? A song? Maybe it's doing the right thing when no one else is? Comment below! Anyway, having something that makes you feel powerful is important because if you let the feeling continue, you are bound to accomplish something. What is your source of power?

Merry Christmas!!!

So I don't know how much progress I've made in body change, my scale isn't working. I don't think I've done well though, as I haven't been eating well. However, I have started working out more! For Christmas I got Just Dance 2014! So I will be doing that tonight! What did you get? What is your present to yourself? Mine is being good to my body and dancing! Let's do this!

The Holidays

So. Christmas is next week. Food is everywhere! I am really struggling with it! I want to eat it all, I know I shouldn't. I am trying so hard to eat right, and not necessarily succeeding.... I plan on making up for my not so good behavior by exercising more! I have Just Dance 4, and I am going to do Just Sweat for a 25 min. session. I hope next week I have more exciting news!

This is me!

This is me. 

I am not where I want to be. I currently weigh 264lbs. I want to change that. I don't deserve to be unhappy, with any aspect of life. (Neither does anyone else.) 

This blog is a part of my Girl Scout Gold Award! For my project I want to prove to other teen girls that WE can do anything we put out minds to! That means you *could* be an Olympian or pro if you wanted! You have to push yourself and never give up!

A lot of this blog and my other social media to go with it, will be about fitness. That is my obstacle. Everyone has theirs. That thing they have to overcome to get to that image of who they want to be! My obstacle is my level of fitness and my weight, but I have others too. The blog is called Fit 'n' Fab because fitness is just as much mental as physical! So any barrier you face you have to be mentally fit to overcome it! 

I will also have a video diary/blog to go with this project. You can find that on YouTube. The channel name is FitNFabTV
